1. Project Background

This Indian service center supplies 1–12mm plates to construction machinery, wind power and heavy structure customers, where plate flatness is critical. A single leveler could not achieve sufficient flatness on 10–12mm high-strength coils.

2. Solution & Key Parameters

We delivered a 1–12mm × 2000mm cut-to-length line with two levelers, combining pre-leveling and main leveling so that each thickness range receives appropriate bending passes and penetration depth to control residual stress and plate shape.
